TOWER MINT under THE KING [1625-42]. Group D, bust 7, mm. portcullis (1633-4). Brooker 161 {same dies}; only in Schneider as an over mark.
Tiny metal fault in the field before The Kings face and a tad double struck at 6 O'clock in the legend. A few light hairline brush marks - otherwise an exceptional example of a ten shilling piece.
ALMOST EXTREMELY FINE.
